For the past 23 years the Groton Road Races have been celebrating spring in New England. This year, to allow far flung supporters and alumni of the event who are not able to physically be in Groton on race day, the race committee has created a Virtual Race category.
This means that anyone, anywhere can register for either the 5K or 10K virtually. You will be sent a bib number and the highly coveted ‘wearable art’ race t-shirt. Virtual participants simply run their own version of the race where they are and log their finish times.
